Project Overview

Other Materials: No further suspect asbestos-containing materials were identified within the accessible areas inspected beyond those recorded within the asbestos management report.

Avoid Disturbance: Care should be taken before drilling, fixing, altering, or removing ceilings, wall finishes, flooring, boxing, or service-related materials.
Contractor Awareness: Contractors attending the premises should be provided with the asbestos report before carrying out maintenance or repair works.
Further Investigation: If future refurbishment or intrusive works are planned, an asbestos refurbishment survey should be completed before those works begin.
