Asbestos Management Survey in Enfield – Residential Property Inspection & Sampling

An Asbestos Management Survey was carried out at a residential property in Enfield, to identify any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within the home and ensure they are safely managed.

Survey Approach & Findings

Our surveyors completed a thorough inspection of all accessible areas throughout the property, assessing materials commonly associated with asbestos.

During the survey, several materials were identified as potential asbestos-containing materials, typical of properties of this age. Where required, controlled samples were carefully taken in line with HSE guidance.

All samples were securely packaged and sent to a UKAS-accredited laboratory for analysis to confirm the presence of asbestos.

Recommendations

Following testing, the client received a comprehensive asbestos survey report outlining:

• The location and type of materials inspected and sampled
• Laboratory results confirming asbestos content (if present)
• The condition and associated risk level of each material
• Clear recommendations for safe management, monitoring, or removal if required
