Asbestos Management Survey in Maidstone, Kent – Commercial Property Inspection

An asbestos management survey was carried out at a commercial property in Maidstone, Kent, to identify any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and ensure the premises are safely managed for ongoing use.

Survey Approach & Findings

Our surveyors completed a thorough inspection of all accessible areas within the building, including internal spaces and external elements where applicable.

Given the nature of commercial premises, a range of materials were assessed that are commonly associated with asbestos, including ceiling finishes, wall panels, service areas, and structural components.
