Contacted Asbestos Surveys Essex and requested an appointment to check some areas in my property. The samples were takek within 2 days of the initial request and full report provided with 48 hours of samples being taken. Excellent service would recommend.

I received the surveyor report which suggested to find a specialist to further investigate if the textured coating ceilings may potentially contain asbestos. Liam from Asbestos Surveys Essex gave a quote quickly and has been very responsive throughout the process, he manages the booking with the sale agent, visited the property to take samples, and the report returns all in just few days. Very happy with the service - detailed and efficient! Highly recommended!

Excellent service, easy to book in with a quick turnaround on the survey being carried out after booking. Liam came on time and during the survey gave an indication of the expected outcome based on his opinion (pending the results of the sample test results). The report was then sent through within around 48 hours of the survey being carried out (results were then as Liam originally predicted). Thanks Liam! John

Great and efficient service from start to finish. Our home buyers survey indicated there may be some Asbestos in the property, so we wanted some reassurance on what it was. Liam got us booked in straight away he, organised the dates with our seller so we didn’t need to go back and forth etc. the results came back within 2 working days. Couldn’t ask for more.
